EMPATHY - Understanding what others are feeling because you have experienced it yourself or can put yourself in their shoes
Can you empathize? Do you express your empathy? If you share your empathy do you add judgment?
What do you do if you can't empathize with someone? Can you learn empathy?
This is a word I will need to continue to ponder and work on.
